SUPPORT DURING THE FIRST 100 DAYS ON THE JOB

On the basis of our experience with HR management we know that effective staffing is the first step towards mutual success. To guarantee the sustainability of this achievement, we accompany the new employee for at least 100 days after start of work. That means we communicate with the job holder to see if the objectives set can be achieved within these 100 days. We act as a mentor in case of any unexpected problems that are not covered by the contract or have not been discussed sufficiently before. 

 

With this support we aim at a harmonic co-operation during the training period. It is in our interest to avoid high costs for a replacement due to trivial communication problems.
