Cathrin Heyl first completed her apprenticeship as a medical assistant, and then she decided to study “Business Administration” at FOM Munich. She has already gained experience in project management at Hubert Burda Media as well as in recruiting branch of a personal-service-provider in Munich.


Since 2017, Ms. Heyl works as Office Manager in our Munich office and she is the general contact person for all consultants and employees. She is responsible for the office management as well as for the preparatory bookkeeping and she’s in charge of taking care of our incoming and invited guests.






Kristina Lendlmaier SELECTEAM Deutschland GmbH

In 2011, Kristina Lendlmaier successfully completed her apprenticeship as insurance- und finance-clerk at ALLIANZ.

She then joined ALLIANZ for five years in claims settlement. In 2012, Kristina Lendlmaier decides a further education as a specialist for insurance and finances at BWV Munich. She thus expands her scope with the topics of fraud prevention, regress and liability review.


In 2016, Kristina Lendlmaier starts her next studies at FOM Munich with the specialization “Business Psychology”. As part of her studies, she works for a medium-sized company as an assistant to the engineering industry. Here she’s actively involved in the areas of accounting, project management, marketing and administration.


Since April 2018, she increases and strengthens our Munich location as a team assistant as well as being assistant to the management.
