Dr. Alexander Bolz graduated in economics at Leibniz Universität Hanover. Subsequently, he earned his doctorate in the field of “success of young technology companies in the development process”.

 

Even back then he advised small and medium-sized companies on self-employment restructuring. He could benefit from this experience during his cooperation project with a regional business development company in Hanover while supporting founders to develop and implement their business concepts.

 

In 2008, Alexander started as a project manager in an international M&A boutique. Both, on the buy and sell side, he led various national and international transactions over the following years. He focused primarily on the mechanical and plant engineering industry as well as on the automotive supplier industry. During that time, he established a broad network of entrepreneurs, managing directors, private equity companies and family offices.

 

Naturally, when he started in 2012 to work in the headhunting business in Munich, he was led to the reverse side of this target group. After a short time, Alexander took over responsibility for the national and international finance sector with his former employer - one of the top 5 HR consultancies in Germany. Since then, private equity and venture capital companies have been a part of his clientele as well as family offices and corporate M&A departments.

 

Since June 2015 Alexander has been working as a partner at SELECTEAM. He continues to focus on executive search for private equity and family offices including the portfolio companies.

 

Alexander has released several publications and regularly lectures at respective events.

After his vocational training in banking Mr. Bauernfeind went to Ingolstadt School of Management (WFI) to study economics and human resources management. He then started his career at the HR-Department of HypoVereinsbank and was responsible for internal communication and therefore involved in all strategical and operational projects, which he also supported in IT aspects (SAP).  After that he became branch manager Berlin-Charlottenburg, which was one of the three biggest branches of HypoVereinsbank.

 

Since 2007 he counsels medium-sized, technology-driven companies in strategy and mergers & acquisitions. This includes also interim management for clients, e.g. as CEO of a software producer for the financial sector. Automotive, engineering, air traffic and automotive trade are also in his focus.

 

From 2012 until 2017 he was Director at an executive search company in Munich and Bad Homburg, concentrating on specialists and executives in the financial and health care sector.

 

Since 2018 Frank Bauernfeind complements the Munich branch of SELECTEAM as partner with his expertise in Management and Consulting. Simone Brzoska has been part of the SELECTEAM family since 2008 and a partner since 2015. As an executive consultant and career coach, she focuses on business in the sections fashion, sports and mineral oil. Thanks to her many years of experience in branding, she uses employer branding to accelerate recruitment. In addition, she is responsible for the positioning of the SELECTEAM Group as Head of Marketing.

 

Right from the start: The connection of two worlds
Simone Brzoska combines the two dimensions fashion and management. Her source is the fashion world where she won several years of different design and marketing experience from a fashion school, modeling agency and fashion company. Among other things, she coordinated fashion shows, trade fairs and photo shoots - as well as order processing, personnel selection and sales promotion.


She paved the way to her impressive career by being a graduate information manager with a university degree. The threefold combination of Business Administration, IT and Design laid the academic foundation for her further career.

 

Porsche Design: the starting signal for a successful career
In 2005, she made her professional entry as a high potential in the Porsche Group. This year marked the creation of the very first Porsche Design collections. In her department product and licensing management, the progress and processing passed through her desk.

These product innovations were developed in close cooperation with international brands such as adidas, Rimowa, Baldessarini and Salvatore Ferragamo. Under the leadership of Thorsten Stiebing, she accompanied the launch and distribution of international collections for Porsche Design Asia Pacific and Porsche Design of America. Dr. Dietrich Fischer studied at Aachen Technical College and did his doctorate at the university of Erlangen /Nürnberg. For many years he worked as authorized representative in the IABG field of study, consulted public authorities as well as big companies and founded the „SELECTEAM Personal- und Unternehmensberatung GmbH, Munich“. Additionally, Dr. Fischer was managing partner at Dönne + Hellwig, service provider for inventory management and investor/operator in the field of cargo transport centres. Moreover, by means of regular lectures he got involved in training and further education centres of the army and NATO. He released numerous publications.

 

Dr. Fischer is member of various scientific assosiactions, amongst others: VDI, Arbeitsgemeinschaft Selbständiger Unternehmer e.V. (ASU), Instituts f. Sybille Frank studied Business Administration with a personnel emphasis in Munich. 

 

Working in the field of personnel development, Sybille first was responsible for the implementation of e-learning as well as for the selection and introduction of a learning management system for a company with a staff of more than 20.000.

 

Furthermore, she had another main working focus on optimisation and harmonisation of training processes, conceptual design of training and e-learning courses for a global target group, introduction of different learning platforms and international project management.

 

In her last position in the head office of a DAX-listed company in the legal services division she was responsible for compliance trainings worldwide.

 

Her main consulting areas are training strategies, conceptual design of blended learning and e-learning, selecting and implementing learning management systems and the optimisation and standardisation of HR- and training-related processes.

My professional career started in tourism. After working in various positions for Hapag-Lloyd all over Germany I continued my career outside tourism.


After having successfully finished my business studies with focus on HR I managed the sales and HR business for 3 companies both in permanent and freelance roles.


In 2006, I joined Robert Half International. As a Division Manager I specialized in recruiting for permanent finance and accounting positions. My team filled positions from specialists up to executive level.


In 2010, I joined Amadeus FiRe as Managing Consultant. Still focused on finance and accounting, my team now offered permanent, temporary and interim services on all levels.


In 2013, I joined von Rundstedt Executive Search as Senior Executive Search Consultant. In this role I focused on a wider range of national and international senior and executive positions in an average range from 100-250k EUR, exclusively filled by direct search.



In 2016, I joined SELECTEAM as Partner. I am focusing on executive search projects for positions within a range of 100k up to 350k EUR. My main target markets are plant construction and engineering, metal as well as polymer processing, automotive supply and technical trading.

Daniel Hentschel completed training in the insurance industry. During his studies he specialized in the topics of personnel management and sales controlling.

 

Since 1998, he has gained almost two decades of experience in the financial services and insurance industry. During this time he worked in sales.

 

It began with the marketing of the products and the acquisition, expansion and cross-selling of customer structures. In addition came later the structure and the search of suitable personnel for the structure construction and / or their extension. A key area of ​​responsibility was the recruitment of new employees. The focus was also on the onboarding process such as training and coaching and coaching.

In 1979 Lutz Koller took a degree in business administration, which he studied with an emphasis on personnel and organisation at the Nürnberg Technical College.

 

Directly afterwards he worked as management assistant within the plastics processing industry. 1984 he changed as personnel manager to the glass processing industry and installed an operative personnel management. Later on he worked for a British group where he was given personnel responsibility for the German sites. 

 

From 1991 on he managed the service department „employees“ with a medium-sized construction material group where he was member of the extended management. 

 

Since 2006 he has been honorary judge at the Labour Court Bayreuth. Due to his training as business mediator he is much asked for as contact person and coach in cases of conflict. He joined SELECTEAM in 2008, and since then he has been successfully recruiting specialists and executives.

After finishing her studies in chemistry Maritza Cataldo started her career in an institute for chemical and microbiological analysis. Dr. Michael Garmer has been working in HR consulting since 2008.

 

His focus is on the placement of positions for executives in industry, in the energy industry as well as in the field of technical and industry-related services. Here he has been successfully placing positions for board members and managing directors for many years. In the second row, technical managers, production managers, development managers and quality managers belong to his special field. Dr. Garmer has developed a special expertise in the fields of machine, plant and steel construction as well as in precision mechanics, optics and medical technology.

 

As a focus of his work, the solution of succession tasks in medium-sized family businesses has emerged. In this area, he also successfully places supervisory boards and advisory boards: "When the successor is up, every family business is in a critical phase. In early years, Stephan worked for a leading international insurance broker and risk con- sultancy as management trainee and later as consultant for medium sized enterprises. His customers included well-known national and international companies in the field of mechanical engineering, metallurgy and production.

 

Meanwhile, global recruiting company Robert Walters approached him. He helped to build their German business and establish the brand in Germany. He focused on recruiting executives and specialists in the field of general management, HR, finance and production for international companies and corporates within the field of engineering and construction. In addition, he was in charge of special projects in sourcing and engineering. Following a prosperous time as deputy division head, he moved to the globally 2nd oldest executive search Company Ward Howell International to expand his experience in finding the right executives and top talents for his clients. Stephan then focussed on the international Automotive, Engineering and Heavy Industries including material handling, mainly in Asia, South- and North America.

 

After 4 years, Stephan became Partner at SELECTEAM. At SELECTEAM, he still focusses on automotive, Engineering and heavy industries and additionally on private equity or VC-backed companies. Stephan studied business, marketing and insurance studies in Ireland and Cologne, graduating from Technical University of Cologne. Before moving to Duesseldorf, he lived near Muenster and in Munich.

Christine Webers joined SELECTEAM in 2015 and acts as a Management Consultant and Partner at the office in Düsseldorf.

 

She has a track record in Executive Search since 1996, when she started to work as a student worker at formerly known Baumgartner & Partner, a well-known and reputed German Executive Search company. Being  quickly involved in the project management and execution, she received more and more responsibility and from there on continued her career in the HR sector. She always used to work cross-industry and cross-functional, but over the years with emphasis and success on special markets like Industrial and Mechanical Engineering, Energy, Automotive, Logistics and Agribusiness.

 

Prior to SELECTEAM she worked for several national and international companies, placing candidates both in commercial as in technical functions throughout the complete hierarchy. Plus she gained expertise in multinational and worldwide projects and additional experience in leading Assessment Center as well know-how in the aptitude diagnostics. Daniel Hentschel completed training in the insurance industry. During his studies he specialized in the topics of personnel management and sales controlling.

 

Since 1998, he has gained almost two decades of experience in the financial services and insurance industry. During this time he worked in sales.

 

It began with the marketing of the products and the acquisition, expansion and cross-selling of customer structures. In addition came later the structure and the search of suitable personnel for the structure construction and / or their extension. A key area of ​​responsibility was the recruitment of new employees. The focus was also on the onboarding process such as training and coaching and coaching.

Professionally, due to his education and studies, Fritz-Ulrich Trute is rooted in the field of transport and electrical / drive engineering. He studied technical cybernetics in Dresden and absolved a postgraduate course of study with a degree in personnel management. Frank Dobner began his distribution career in the textile industry and already reached the position Director of Sales after a few years and soon afterwards he became General manager.

  

As a Wholesale and foreign trade merchant his field was always the distribution and sales sector as well as the guidance of teams or enterprises.

  

After 12 years of textile industry he left known roads and started off a new career and founded a construction company in Spain, which he led over 7 years.

 

Frank also imported plug in module in the construction boom at that time. He sold this enterprise in 2007 and returned to Germany where he led an enterprise in the area of Surface special refining. Thomas Köck completed a business management apprenticeship and then worked as an account and key account manager in various trading companies and IT system houses.  

 

In 2007 he changed to the personnel industry. His first station was a worldwide leading online job portal. During this time, he supported medium-sized customers in taking the relatively new path of online job advertisements.  

 

In 2010 he moved to a leading personnel consultancy in Frankfurt. In this position, he advised medium-sized German companies whose recruitment strategy resulted from an active sourcing solution. Since then he has been able to gain numerous national and international companies through his profound knowledge in the field of personnel recruitment. His broad expertise in the field of mechanical and plant engineering as well as the automotive supplier industry made him successful in his projects. One focus was on the hidden champions.  

 

Thomas Köck has been a management consultant at SELECTEAM since 2014. There he is responsible for the newly created area of „WebSelect“ the targeted search and approach of passive candidates via digital networks.

Beate has about 35 years experience in the service sector with more than 25 years in the logistics market.

 

She started her logistics career in Europes largest rail tank car transportation company for liquid hazardous goods as chemicals and mineral oil products, VTG. Beate was part of the founding team for supply chain management in intermodal transport with rail tank cars, barges, trucks, via tankfarms and pipelines.

 

Beate’s focus sector for 10 years before starting in executive search has been contract logistics and supply chain management for the distance selling market and the upcoming e-commerce business. She gained in-depth knowledge by working for Royal Mail in the UK Large Business Sector as consultant and for a subsidiary of Otto-Group as leader of the key account management for non-group-customers. Her last role was the Head of Business Development Central Europe for the home delivery sector of DHL Supply Chain.

 

Prior to joining Selecteam she was Partner at Stanton Chase Düsseldorf for 4 years. She started her career in the HR Consulting Business in 2009 as a Partner in a boutique consulting firm focused on recruitment for logistics and transportation companies.

 

During the time with the small consulting company she obtained a certificate as business coach. Beate is fluent in German and English and has some knowledge in French.
